I'm Morgan, and this is my story
I began yoga in early 2014, after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next stage of life looked like for me. I first found yoga through a local gym, and then discovered the online yoga community within Instagram. I began participating in challenges which allowed me to connect with others and inspired me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later went on to receive my certification as a yoga instructor in hopes of spreading the same it brought into my life to others. My flows are highly focused on core strength and intentional, steady, movements which I believe are the foundations to a functional and sustainable practice and lifestyle. I can’t wait to practice with you all!
